With a history of hundreds of school, college, and university projects completed, Woolacotts continues to power ahead in the education sector in Australia.
Woolacotts has been engaged to provide the civil, structural, and hydraulic engineering design for several vocational college upgrades.
Cooma TAFE will receive a new carpentry workshop, customer service and student support facilities, while at Taree TAFE, students will enjoy a new applied electricity facility, Indigenous support centre, nursing facility, as well as upgrades to several specialist classrooms.
Tamworth TAFE will receive upgraded facilities, as well as a new purpose-build facility for the disabilities unit, and teaching spaces for community services, health, aged care, and sport and recreation programs. Finally, Woolacotts is completing the design and documentation for stage four upgrades at Nirimba TAFE.
“We have a strong, demonstrated track record in education,” said Education Sector Leader and Structural Engineer, Edmond Choi. “We’ve long been the engineers of choice for many teaching institutions.”
As well as a specialist facility for Marist College, Woolacotts is also completing Canada Bay Primary School, a pool project for Trinity College and two schools in WA.
