Keeping our clients happy and ensuring we’re always delivering work of the highest quality is a hugely important aspect of our business. We have recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey amongst our clients which has come back with outstanding results.

We send out satisfaction surveys to our clients at least once per year, which gives us a good indication of how satisfied they are with our services, and any areas where we could improve. We’re very pleased to see the recent survey come back with such positive feedback, and continue to put high quality work and customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything we do.”
96% of clients who responded to the survey stated they would recommend Woolacotts Consulting Engineers to a colleague or friend. 82% of clients who responded noted that the work delivered was of high or exceptional quality.
In 2018 we focused on updating our Quality Assurance processes. We have transitioned to ISO9001:2015 and promoted our team member Alvin Yu to Quality Manager, ensuring ongoing excellence in everything we do.
We’ve also created a new auto generated email system for logging of improvement requests, streamlining the process for the continual evolution of our QA system as technologies change the way we do business.
