Since joining Woolacotts in 2000, Scott has been an integral member of the Woolacotts team.
With a reputation for responsive service, Scott leads the aviation and industrial team at Woolacotts. He is also a heritage and adaptive re-use specialist, and has worked on many industrial projects.
Justin Chirillo
Principal Civil Engineer
Justin commenced at Woolacotts in 2002 as an Apprentice Draftsman and since risen to become an Associate in 2016, and Principal Civil engineer in 2018, leading our civil engineering team.
Justin is an integral part of the civil engineering team and his major areas of expertise include the management, design and documentation of roadways, streetscapes and public domain projects.
Ian Stalker
Principal Hydraulic Engineer
Ian has exceptional design knowledge gained over his decades of hydraulic and fire experience.
Before becoming an engineer, Ian gained hands-on experience as a plumber and gas fitter. As a result, he is known for designing practical and cost effective engineering solutions.
Ian leads our justice and emergency sector team.

Since joining Woolacotts in 1978, Stephen has been responsible for a large range of structural, civil, and hydraulic projects. He has a strong track record in the education, justice, health, and commercial sectors, as well as multi-storey residential expertise.
Stephen leads a responsive team whose focus is to deliver exceptional solutions and outstanding service.
Brett Onslow
Principal Strucutral Engineer
With 20 years experience, Brett has an outstanding level of expertise in an extensive range of projects including many large high profile commercial & residential buildings, complex refurbishments, institutional & infrastructure facilities and forensic investigations.
Brett continually delivers responsive, practical and efficient engineering solutions - always adding value to projects.
Ferdous Chowdhury
Principal Structural Engineer
With over 17 years of design consultancy experience Ferdous possesses significant level of expertise across a wide variety of projects including, commercial & residential & institutional buildings, industrial warehouses, mixed use retail facilities, resource infrastructure and forensic investigations.
Ferdous’ hands-on and client-focused approach enables him to continually add value and deliver successful projects.
Brett Jovanovich
CAD & REVIT Manager
As CAD Manager, Brett leads a responsive team of CAD drafting professionals. He overseas day-to-day operations of the team regarding the production of drawings, development of Revit and associated documentation.
Brett is a friendly and personable professional, focused on the people and the project, striving to deliver quality product for Woolacotts clients.
