Innovations
The concrete structure at the building perimeters was optimized to reduce the quantity of secondary steel framing required to support the curved façade.
Utilise the OSD tank as a combined rainwater retention, stormwater quality treatment and detention to control off-site flow rates and negate the need for three different systems and tanks.
Standardised detailing for the perimeter beams, including reinforcement, to accommodate all the possible edge types conditions i.e. step downs , strip drains , sliding doors , cavity rebates to simplify construction and improve both quality and cost efficiency.
