Located 43 kilometres west of Sydney, Mount Druitt Court House is a new $6 million project for the NSW Department of Commerce.
Woolacotts was engaged to design and document the new facility.

Project challenges
The project posed design challenges typical to correctional facilities, such as designing cells to minimise the potential for self-harm.
The building featured a unique facade, designed by architects Perumal Pedavoli, which required special structural framing.
